Oddly, our business has flourished even though we have no corporate mission statement framed with the owner's portrait. We have no focused Paradigms or empowerment campaigns with quality assurance team members who think outside the box. We do not have a management task force or a huddle room where our associates form work circles to roll-play client concerns. We don't even take process breaks from our work units.
